This unit will explore the function of property in global capital markets. Building on the skills developed in Property Finance 550, students will apply financial theory at the aggregate capital market level, explore private and public real estate equity markets and evaluate unlisted and listed property trusts (A-REITS) through the use of a wide range of case studies and computers models. -- Course Website
